What is your return policy?
It is our commitment to you that all of the products we create are high-quality. We do not offer returns but if a product does not meet our level of quality or comes to you broken/damaged, please email us at email@example.com for a refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that meet our quality standards at this time.
How do I get a refund if my order was damaged in transit?
First of all, we are so sorry that your order came to you damaged. To help us resolve this, please do the following:
1. Within one week of receiving your order, take photos of the damaged product and packaging.
2. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the photos, your order number, and any other details you may have about the order.
3. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Response times will vary per season, so please leave 2-5 days to hear back from us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but will try to accomodate your needs as best as possible. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
