Where do you ship to?

At this point in time, we currently only ship to the USA. We look forward to offering our collection of products to more countries at a later time.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate for all of our items, and shipping cost will be calculated based on how many items you buy. If your order contains more than one of our products, additional shipping costs will be reduced for each item.

When will I get my order?

We cut and hand-sew each of the products we make for you, taking time to ensure the highest quality possible. Regularly, our products will be made in 3-5 days, at which time they will be shipped out. Shipping times will vary, but generally arrive in 4-8 business days.

Note: Due to increased shipments during this time, these estimates have changed until things are back to normal. We are working with all of our suppliers to ensure the quickest turnaround possible, but estimate that your order will be shipped in 15-20 days, with shipping delays as well. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, and our doing our best to bring the situation back to normal as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience and support during this time.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes on your delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
